Ranglo holds that humour is today’s antidote of hate and fear – it clears the fall of suspicion and anxiety that envelops the world. He has a great faith in the belief that the world will never die if it “dies” laughingly. He has taken the Avatar of an attacking pen by satirical writing. He was writing and drawing for the magazine “ Akhand Anand” for fifteen years. He was the editor of the humour page “Hase tenu ghar vase” for fifteen years and has edited a humour annual called “Awaz” for five years. 

Art Buckwald was delighted to meet Ranglo and give him one of his books with the inscription “ from one sad lot to another”. 

Many humorous special colorful issues of “diwali” like mad magazine were edited by ‘Ranglo’ like “Avaz”, “Phool Chhab”, etc. In the beginning of television, because of Dr. Jayanti Patel’s experience with radio, people invited him to act and write plays. One of the best plays of ‘Ranglo’ was “Rupiya Nu Jhaad” (Money Plant) and also “Life is short and many acts to play”.
